Finance and HR Officer
Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year + 5 days
Salary: Grade 6 Points 7-12. Actual salary: £17,931 to £19,797
Great Ouse Primary School is a primary school based to the west of Bedford and has been part of the Meridian Trust from September 2021.
We are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Finance & HR Officer to contribute to the administration of the school and its day-to-day efficiency, ensuring a professional service delivery to all our staff, pupils and parents. You will maintain and manage HR processes and documents and deliver effective finance management and reporting. You will also contribute to the smooth running of general school administration, communication and organisation.
The successful candidate will be able to maintain and manage HR, Finance and school office related functions, documents, processes and reporting and be able to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. Supported by the core Meridian Trust team you will ensure that HR and Finance processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Therefore, experience in these two areas would be an advantage.
